How fast can I expect my quotes and my policy?

Most people either leave their insurance to the last minute or don’t have much time to arrange it, and we’re sure you’re no exception. Don’t worry we’re here to help: in fact our mission at InsuranceMarket.ae is to help busy people like you save time and money! 

We understand that you need your car insurance quickly so you can register your vehicle and get on the road, but we also know that you don’t want to pay more than you need to or buy the wrong product just because you are in a hurry! After all, your insurance is protecting probably one of the most valuable things you will own in the UAE.

As Alfred says “we do the shopping around so you don’t have to” and we have set up our systems to deliver truly “tailor-made” solutions in minutes. We take your details, listen to your needs and use our years of expertise to make sure we secure you a range of options for the most suitable products at the most sensible prices. We strive to deliver a great level of customer service: giving you what you need when you need it. And our goal is to provide you with an experience that’s the same high standard every time you contact us and no matter who you deal with.

With that in mind, we want you to know what you can expect from us so we’ve created “Alfred’s Customer Service Commitment”: a set of service standards which all our staff work to. We really aspire to meet (if not exceed) them all the time, however some days can be unusually busy and the volume of requests can delay things a bit – but never by too much. Your enquiry and most of all, your satisfaction, is truly very important to us!

OUR STANDARDS

  • You’ll receive your quote comparison within a maximum of 4 working hours from the time of our last interaction
  • Where possible, your quote comparison will contain a minimum of 3 quotes from leading Insurers (note this is subject to type of business & your eligibility)
  • You’ll receive a follow-up call and email from your dedicated personal shopper within a maximum of 4 working hours after your quote comparison was sent to you
  • You’ll receive your policy documentation within a maximum of 2 working hours of sending across your documents and pending information to us (if you need it sooner, just let us know, it can sometimes be done in as soon as 10 minutes)
  • You’ll receive your claim registration within a maximum of 4 working hours of sending across your documents and pending information to us
  • You’ll receive a helpful and detailed reply to your email within a maximum of 3 working hours from the time we received your mail
  • If your personal shopper misses your phone call, they’ll ensure they call you back within a maximum of 1 working hour of missing your call.
