InsuranceMarket.ae, in collaboration with myAlfred LLC, invites all policy buyers to participate in our exciting WIN FOR SURE with Alfred campaign. Every policy purchase guarantees a prize, and upon revealing your prize through the myAlfred app scratch card, you automatically gain entry into our grand prize raffle draw. By entering this campaign, participants agree to these terms and the binding legal obligations they entail.
- Eligibility: The ‘WIN FOR SURE with Alfred’ campaign is open exclusively to UAE citizens and residents who purchase an insurance policy from InsuranceMarket.ae during the campaign period. Both new and existing clients are eligible. Entries by non-UAE residents will be considered void.
- Campaign Period: The campaign begins on 13th May, 2024, and ends at 5 PM on 12th July, 2024. Purchases & Policies issued outside this timeframe are ineligible for prizes or the grand prize raffle draw.
- Participation: Participants must purchase an insurance policy and use the myAlfred app's scratch card feature to reveal their prize. Entry into the grand prize raffle draw requires completion of the scratch card activity.
- Prizes: All prizes include unique online vouchers and gift vouchers, issued randomly and subject to availability. Each voucher is valid for a one-time redemption only. All prizes are non-transferable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other alternatives.
- Claiming Prizes: Online vouchers will be emailed with redemption instructions provided by the respective brand. Gift vouchers must be collected in person at the InsuranceMarket.ae office, from Monday to Friday, 9 AM to 5 PM excluding public holidays, and no later than 5 PM on 31st July, 2024. Failure to claim the gift voucher by this date forfeits the prize. By collecting your prize, you agree that InsuranceMarket.ae may capture photographs of the moment and use them for promotional purposes on online platforms, including social media. You also consent to being tagged as a winner when these images are published. Winners are required to show valid identification and proof of policy purchase upon collecting their gift vouchers.
- Grand prize raffle draw: Eligible participants are automatically entered into a raffle draw to win a 2024 Chevrolet Captiva upon completion of the scratch and win activity. The raffle draw will comply with Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) regulations. The winner, a UAE resident, must provide valid identification and proof of policy purchase.
- Eligibility by Residency: This promotion is valid for UAE residents only. Non-UAE residents are not eligible to participate in this promotion, and any entries or claims made by non-UAE residents will be considered void. Participants may be required to provide proof of residency (valid Emirates ID) to be eligible for rewards and the grand prize raffle draw.
- General Conditions: InsuranceMarket.ae reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign at any time without prior notice. Decisions are final and binding. Prize redemptions are subject to each brand's respective terms and conditions.
- Intellectual Property: All logos, brand symbols, and designs featured in this campaign are the property of their respective owners and are used under license. These elements cannot be reproduced, redistributed, or used in any form without explicit written permission from the respective owners. Unauthorized use of these trademarks is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
- Liability: InsuranceMarket.ae, myAlfred LLC, and partner brands are not liable for losses, damages, or injuries from participation or reward acceptance. Participants waive any claims for torturous or consequential losses and indirect damages. Prize winners are responsible for claiming and utilizing their prizes within the given terms; failure to do so absolves InsuranceMarket.ae, myAlfred LLC, and partner brands from any liability.
- Compliance: The campaign adheres to Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET) regulations and UAE laws, ensuring fairness and legal compliance.
- Privacy: Participants consent to the use of their personal information for campaign administration and marketing as per myAlfred LLC's privacy policy.
- Governing Law: These terms are governed by UAE laws, with disputes subject to the jurisdiction of UAE courts.
