As a trained OPEX Blue Belt professional, she brings over 10 years of experience spanning the UK and UAE insurance markets, with recognized excellence in end-to-end motor and travel claims management. Her commendable service has been honored with the prestigious Allianz UK Claims High Flyer Award for “Making it Right for the Customer.” Since April 2024, Ashmy has served as Head of Travel Insurance, where she oversees claims assistance, contact center operations, and drives digital transformation to ensure a seamless customer experience. Her leadership empowers a high-performance Travel Advisory Team, setting new benchmarks in customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
