I dropped an online enquiry late afternoon on Wednesday to check for my mother medical insurance (as she is aged 81 years). Got an SMS to acknowledge the query made. Next day that’s Thursday early morning Ms Danielle responded regarding all the required documents , which I arranged and same day by 1.00pm the insurance was already prepared and sent out to me. It’s Ramadan timing this month I was expecting few days for them to check respond and arrange but this was a real quick turn around time. Ms Danielle Andigan also went the extra mile to call up and explain the quotes provides for 2 insurance policies etc.
