Role Summary
We are seeking a detail-oriented Health Insurance Servicing & Endorsements Executive to manage member servicing, policy endorsements, and day-to-day administration for corporate and individual medical insurance portfolios. The ideal candidate will ensure accurate processing, strong client communication, and smooth coordination with insurers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
- Process member additions, deletions, upgrades/downgrades, and other endorsements.
- Validate documents and submit endorsement requests to insurers.
- Follow up with insurers for approvals and relay updates to clients.
- Liaise with internal teams on payment mapping and internal booking
- Ensure the request is completed within the agreed SLA
- Ensure the timely and efficient service standard is maintained
Skills & Experience
- 2-5 years of UAE medical insurance experience (broker/insurer/TPA preferred).
- Strong knowledge of health insurance servicing, endorsements, and underwriting basics.
- Proficient in MS Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and familiar with insurer portals.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor’s degree preferred.
