  • The father must be a UAE citizen.
  • The mother must be listed in the family book.
  • This service is only for babies born at hospitals participating in “Mabrouk Ma Yak”.

Mabrouk Ma Yak Required documents

  • The father must have a verified UAE Pass account.
  • Valid Emirates IDs for both parents.
  • Family book.
  • Marriage certificate (only if this is the firstborn child).

Important note: The application must be submitted within 3 months of the baby’s birth.

If the father applying for the service doesn’t have an authenticated UAE Pass account, the application cannot proceed. An authenticated account requires additional verification steps to confirm your identity.

Mabrouk Ma Yak Personal Photo Requirements

  • Background: White
  • Hands: Not visible in the photo (i.e., below the shoulders)
