A Message from Our Leadership
AFIA Insurance Brokerage Services L.L.C was founded by my father Nandu Babur in 1995, and since then has emerged as the UAE's fastest-growing insurance provider. We now have more than 500 employees based both here in Dubai and working overseas as part of our innovative remote-working programme.
I joined AFIA in 2010, which is when I founded InsuranceMarket.ae, and I'm proud to have been part of the fantastic growth and success that the Company has achieved. My immediate goal was to build on the great foundations that had already been laid and to drive the business forward to become a leading employer in the UAE.
