Agatha Alicdan, now serving as Director – Operations Excellence at InsuranceMarket.ae, has been an integral part of the company since 2016. Over her accomplished career, she has consistently delivered strong results across both general and medical insurance sectors. Beginning as a General Insurance Advisor, she swiftly advanced to General Insurance Unit Manager, a role she held successfully for over five years. In May 2023, she led the Retail Medical Unit before transitioning to her current leadership position. In her role as Director – Operations Excellence, Agatha spearheads initiatives to drive operational efficiency, optimize sales strategy, and enhance insurer partnerships. She oversees performance KPIs, champions technology integration, and identifies process improvements to elevate customer experience and business performance.
